Training

The CHRIS Project provides training for all new users, new data facilitators, and experienced users who would like to review the features and functions of CHRIS in more detail.

The New User Training session is designed for new CHRIS users. This hands-on training session can be conducted remotely or in person. The training includes:

• CHRIS data entry basics
• Program features
• CHRIS questions and review

All users that have not been able to attend a New User Training session are required to complete the online CHRIS Quick Start Tutorial and the Turtorial Quiz prior to gaining access to the CHRIS program.

Contact the Help Desk for assistance with training or to add a new user.

The Reports Training session is designed for users who have attended a CHRIS New User Training session. Trainees will have the opportunity to work with their live data to produce custom reports. The training includes:

• Report basics
• Performing finds
• Creating reports

The Screening_Evaluation Report is available to support progress monitoring and coordination. A tutorial video is available for the Screening_Evaluation Report. Please contact the CHRIS Help Desk to request access to this video.

The Data Facilitator Training session is designed for new CHRIS data facilitators and data facilitators that have yet to attend a formal training. The training includes:

• Data Facilitator responsibilities
• Data Facilitator tools
• Database management
• Reports
